The Sony Ericsson G900 has a display screen measuring 60.96 millimeters. The TFT touch-sensitive screen displays a maximum of 262,000 colours on high resolution, which can be activated through the user's finger, the use of a pointer or a stylus for inputting text messages or navigating the user interface. The Sony Ericsson G900 supports SMS, MMS, instant messaging and mobile email services. When users input text messages, the G900's handwriting recognition system turns handwritten texts into letters from the keypad, as applicable.

Online browsing is a breeze with the G900's Opera Web browser and WAP 2.0 in XHTML, which gains users their access to favourite Web sites and online shops directly from the mobile phone. The G900 Internet browser is accessible from the G900's main menu. The touch screen controls are easy to navigate for users' optimum surfing experience. The Sony Ericsson G900 also allows RSS feeds, making users updated with current news found in Web sites and a host of blog sites. To do this, users may subscribe to the RSS services for their consumption thereafter - direct from the Sony Ericsson G900 handset.

NOKIA 5310 XPRESS MUSIC

Nokia 5310 uses the Symbian Series 40 operating system, the look of the interface being much like that of any other Nokia phone; except that this one’s default deep-red theme looks a lot better than most Nokia themes. ‘Series 40′ means that it’s a lower version of the operating system than phones like the Nokia E-series and N-series.

It's slim, compared to Nokia’s standards, that is. Nokia is quite rightly written off in the form factor department because its phones tend to be quite bulky, compared to other brands. The Nokia 5310 is a stab in that direction, considering that the earlier music phones like the 5700 were quite bulky.

Specifications :

* Thin (9.9 mm), classic design with aluminium side panels
* 3 dedicated music keys, with diamond cut music key symbols
* Crystal clear sound, enabled with a dedicated audio chip
